Our cable wait includes our representative arriving to the unit 10-15 minutes prior to the start of the scheduled appointment.  Our rep will wait for the cable technician to arrive, let him/her into the unit, and stay with them until the completion of the job.

Once the services are installed our rep will provide pictures of:

  • Cable working on all TVs
  • Internet working by connecting to the WiFi on their phone and providing a screenshot as well as sending a screenshot of a webpage such as Google or Yahoo.
  • The username and password
  • The modem, router, and cable boxes serial numbers and lights on indicating they are working
  • The phone working by calling their cell phone and taking a screenshot to show the phone number
