Our representative will walk-through the unit, after furniture has been set in place. We will take anywhere from 60-100 detailed photos, depending on your preferences, and email a Google file to you. We will report any damages, odors, or missing items to you. General photos include:
- All keys, lock-box, remotes, parking tags, etc. that are issued from the Leasing office
- Property exterior photos, gate call box, parking, building entry
- Mail center, mail box
- Kitchen area showing counters, floors, overview, empty cabinets, all kitchen appliances open and closed, silverware and utensils (if applicable)
- Dining area showing an overview, floors, and place setting (if applicable)
- Living Room overview, sofa, TV turned on, cable boxes working, floors, proof of internet working, remotes, phone equipment, WiFi information
- All bedrooms showing set up, bed linens, dressers, TV stand, nightstand, lamps on, floors, closet
- All bathrooms showing an overview, inside of tub, shower, and toilet, sink, counter top, floors, towels
- Misc areas such as utility closet, washer and dryer, patio, pool, photos of damages
